Paintings

So here is my first creation for our babies room! We have decided to have Tucker and our new baby share a room. When we found out we were having a girl I started thinking I need to somehow make this room girly without changing everything! I was planning on making a bumper with the same color scheme but a girly version. When I went to get the fabric it was going to cost me $24 which might not seem like much but to me that was more than I was willing to spend. So I decided to attempt to create these coordinating pictures that would show that there is a girl and a boy in the room! This only cost me $14 which I am ok to spend! :) First I must say that I have a new appreciation for painters!!! Once we finish their room I'll post some pictures. I need to get on the ball and find a reasonable twin bed for Tuck. My mom is so sweet and found the cutest bedding for Tucker that goes with the stuff we already had in the room so I can't wait to put a bed in the room and showcase the new bedding. Thank you momma for getting this!!!
Here are the initials for our little girl. We haven't decided if we are going to share her name yet but once we do I'll post her name and meaning.

God is SO big and so good. As I am typing I am feeling this precious girl move inside of me. I am in AWE of His creation and how He is knitting together this sweet baby in my womb... I really do stand in awe of our God.

  1. Elijah and Adin share a room, too! Theirs is lime green and blue with a few pink things on Adin's side. It has worked out wonderfully. The only "problem" we have is them laughing at each other when they are supposed to be going to sleep :)
