I can't believe 10 months has passed since we welcomed Tucker Scott into the world. His birthday will be here before we know it! I love celebrating each month/day/moment we have with little Tucker. What a JOY and blessing he is! Tucker had his first "cold" this month. It made me realized how much we have been blessed with a healthy baby. I thank the Lord for this! This is actually a funny and sweet story. He was up one night not feeling good at all. I was trying everything, walking, rocking, rubbing his back, sitting with him, lying down with him... NOTHING would work. He just kept screaming!!! My mom could obviously tell that I needed help so she tried to make him better... still nothing worked. Tucker was handed back to me and I went through everything I could think of to make him better. No kidding my dad, bless his heart, got up out of bed and the minute he took Tucker out of my arms and held him Tucker STOPPED crying! It was instant!!!! Talk about working some magic Pappa!!! :) I think I will always remember that memory!
Tucker clapped for the first time this month. It is so cute to watch him clap! The first time he clapped was at Belle when she walked by. Tucker LOVES Belle. Belle still hasn't found the love that Tucker has for him... but she is still sweet and lets him pet her and pull her fur! :)
In honor of Tucker's ten month birthday I would love to share with you his top ten things he LOVES...
10. Waving anything in the air like a sword, among his favorite items would be a spatula
9. Playing patty cake, especially with his feet
8. Jumping as high as he can in his jumper
7. Getting to pet our dog, Belle
6. Being outside
5. Playing in the water
4. His pacifier
3. A silky blanket
2. His mommy and daddy :)
1. BANANAS (One day he ate a whole banana and a half for lunch!!!)
